About Chef Nandu Jubany

Chef Nandy Jubany at your service ma'am

Michelin starred chef Nandu Jubany started his incredible culinary journey as a kitchen chef at renowned restaurant Urbisol and honed his skills at world-famous restaurants such as The Cabo Mayor of Madrid and The Fonda Sala of Olost in Lluçanès.

Chef Jubany and his wife, Anna Orte, opened Can Jubany in 1995.

And in 1998, only three years after opening, both the restaurant and chef Jubany received a Michelin star.

Chef Jubany has since opened multiple establishments that are renowned worldwide, such as:
 – Mas d’Osor in Viladrau, which has become the go-to place for celebrations and events in that region.
 – El Serrat del Figaró, in Taradell, a restaurant not just renowned for feasts and conventions but is also as a culinary solutions company.
 – Mas Albereda Hotel in Sant Julià of Vilatorta
 – Diesel, a restaurant which offers high-quality daily menus.
 – The restaurant Petit Comitè by Nandu Jubany in Barcelona

He subsequently formed Jubany Events, and his team and he have become synonymous with catering food for significant events.

In 2013, Chef Jubany became a gastronomic advisor for Majestic Hotel Group, owned by the Soldevila-Casals family.

The prestigious Repsol Guide granted the maximum gastronomic recognition of Spain to Nandu Jubany and his restaurant Can Jubany, with three “Repsol Suns" in 2014. That same year, the chef opened FOC Restaurant at Hongkong Street in Singapore.

The FOC brand has since expanded, with FOC PIM PAM in Orchard Road and FOC Sentosa, showing the success that the dishes, inspired by Chef Jubany, have had with diners in Singapore.

Terms & conditions

A Mediterranean Affair with Michelin Starred chef Nandu Jubany
  1. The event is held for one night only on 4th August 2018, 6-9pm.
  2. This menu is only available via reservations made on HungryGoWhere and exclusive created by FOC Sentosa for this event. Pre-payment must be made through HungryGoWhere at $150 nett for Singtel subscribers and $180 nett for non-Singtel subscribers.
  3. Event reservations will be available till 4th August, 6pm or if all slots are sold out, whichever happens earlier.
  4. Post reservation and payment, diners will receive a confirmation sent to their registered email. Customers are required to carry a print out of the confirmation of reservation and the mobile device where the email confirmation has been received.
  5. This promotion cannot be combined with any other FOC Sentosa promotions, vouchers and/or privileges and cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person.
  6. Vacancies are subject to availability and at FOC Sentosa’s discretion.
  7. Customers are required to adhere to the policies/rules/regulations of FOC Sentosa.
  8. FOC Sentosa holds the right of admission at all times as per their respective internal policies.
  9. There will be no refunds after payment is made. If the diner is a no-show, he/she will not be entitled to a refund. Diners shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions herein.
  10. The event is considered rain or shine. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather.
  11. Diners are able to enjoy free-flow menu items and beverages on the event premises during the event date, valid only from 6pm to 9pm.
  12. Food & beverage items subject to availability. FOC Sentosa reserves the right to change any of the proposed items to something of equal value.
  13. Unconsumed food & drinks cannot be taken out of the premises except pre-purchased bottles.
  14. Singtel Digital Media Pte Ltd reserves the right to extend or terminate this event without prior notice. Singtel Digital Media Pte Ltd also reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all or any of these Terms & Conditions or to replace wholly, or in part, this promotion by another promotion, whether similar to this promotion or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
  15. Singtel Digital Media Pte Ltd shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage whatsoever may be suffered, or for any personal injury, or any health issues faced by diners, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of products/services under the promotion or due to consumption of food at the participating restaurants under this promotion.
  16. Any disputes, queries or contentions regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the products and services made available to the diner during the event must be addressed to HungryGoWhere’s customer hotline at +65 68846884.
  17. The Customers shall not hold Singtel Digital Media Pte Ltd, its group entities, or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses which a Customer claims to have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and/or on account of the event or the acceptance, decline, non-receipt, suitability, quality or use or deployment of any product/service provided under the event.
